TV Time is Shutting Down

After many incredible years, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue TV Time. The service will end after July 15, 2026.

While we loved supporting TV Time, it was no longer sustainable to continue operating the service as a free app, and there was not enough demand for a paid app.

To everyone who tracked, discovered, and shared their love of TV and movies with us, thank you. Your passion and enthusiasm made TV Time more than an app. You made it a community.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of the TV Time journey over the last decade.

When will TV Time end?

TV Time will remain available through July 15, 2026. After that date:

The TV Time app will be removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The TV Time website (tvtime.com) will no longer be available.
The service will no longer be accessible.

What will happen to my TV Time account data?

All personal TV Time account data will be deleted after July 15, 2026.

If you would like a copy of your data before it is deleted, you can download it using our data download export tool: https://gdpr.tvtime.com/gdpr/self-service

You will be prompted to sign in with your TV Time account. Depending on how much you've tracked, it may take several minutes to prepare your download.

If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot password on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it before requesting your data export.

Will consumer data collected through TV Time be used commercially?

No. Consumer data collected through TV Time will not continue to be used as part of any commercial service after TV Time ends on July 15, 2026.

Will you retain any data?

All personal consumer data will be deleted after July 15, 2026.

We may retain aggregated, non-personal information for internal business, legal, or regulatory purposes, as permitted by applicable law.
